Compensation:

The pay for this position is $29.00 per hour


Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment


A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates



Highlights:

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs


The required availability for this position is 2:30 PM - 11:45 PM (2nd shift)


40 hours per week, with weekends required (every, every other, or varied; may be adjusted during interview/first week)


Manager is open to weekends-only schedules (8-12 hour shifts)



Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care per Ohio Revised Code guidelines under direction of RN or licensed provider


Administer medications (controlled and non-controlled), including oral, injectable (IM/SQ), topical, and rectal forms


Assist with patient hygiene, grooming, repositioning, bathing, and daily living tasks


Observe, document, and report patient conditions, reactions, behaviors, and treatment responses


Support physicians during physical exams, treatments, and lab tests; assist during emergencies


Perform tasks such as collecting specimens, wound care, inserting catheters, suctioning, irrigation, and dialysis treatment


Provide training and work direction to lower-level direct care staff


Clean and maintain the nurse station, med cart, and supplies; complete clerical tasks as needed



Requirements:

Education & Licensure:

Required: Valid Ohio LPN License


Required: Healthcare-level CPR certification


Required: Accredited nursing program per state requirements



Experience:

LPN experience in clinical settings preferred
