Project Manager, to work at our headquarters in Columbus, OH,
w/flexible work hours & some travel. Includes a starting salary
range of $80,000-$90,000 based on experience and the benefits

Responsibilities: (Included, but not Limited to)
- Lead and manage beverage innovation products, including
planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Identify opportunities for new beverage products and
improvements to existing offerings based on market trends and
consumer insights
- Have a deep understanding of the coffee/tea and beverage
industry
- Ability to travel & meet with Stakeholders, Suppliers, and
attend Industry events
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and operations teams to
develop and refine product concepts, formulations, and
packaging
- Collaboration across different time zones to accommodate
project deadlines
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans,
schedules, budgets, and reports
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets,
resource allocation, and risk management
- Align products with the company's strategic goals
- Conduct feasibility studies and pilot testing to validate
product concepts and ensure readiness for commercialization
- Ensure all beverage innovation projects comply with industry
regulations, company policies, and quality standards
Qualifications for Success for the Beverage Innovation Project
Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Business, Engineering,
Project Management, or related field
- 5 years of experience in project management preferred, ideally
within the beverage industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering
beverage innovation projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
(e.g. Agile, Scrum, Lean)
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. MS Project,
