Our client is seeking a motivated Director of FP&A with a deep expertise in healthcare revenue cycles, specifically related to Medicaid, Medicare, and Insurance payments. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the CFO, playing a pivotal role in driving the company's next stage of growth and innovation. Under the CFO's leadership, the company has already doubled its revenue, and you'll be a key contributor to this exciting new phase of expansion.
What you will do:

• Mentor and manage an Analyst.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis while leading the FP&A function.
• Enhance and manage the monthly reporting package, delivering executive-level insights on performance against targets.
• Offer strategic financial advice and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain financial models to support long-term strategic planning and scenario analysis.
• Track and analyze key financial metrics, identifying trends and suggesting corrective actions for improvement.
• Partner with department leaders to develop annual budgets and strategic plans.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial data by effectively leveraging data warehouse and analytics tools.
• Initiate and lead process improvement efforts to streamline operations and improve financial transparency.Who they are looking for:
  • Candidates must have experience in managing revenue cycles specific to organizations that receive payments from Medicaid, Medicare, or Insurance Providers.
  • Min of 5 years of proven growth and experience in FP&A.
  • BA in Finance/Accounting/Business Admin or similar fields.
  • Highly analytical; they need someone who is expert in PowerBI or similar tools.
  • Strong experience with -oversight of data storage systems.
  • MBA, and/or experience working for a PE backed company is a big plus.
